Information you send
The survey form collects your name, phone number, city, selected service, optional project message and your consent to being contacted. The website records the submission time and enquiry status. Please do not include passwords, identity documents or payment details in the message.
How it is used
Your details are used to respond to your enquiry, discuss a survey and prepare the next steps for your home solar project. Enquiries are stored in the website’s database on Hostinger and are accessible to the authorised website administrator. The form does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.
Cookies and technical records
The website uses an essential session cookie for form security, temporary confirmation messages and administrator sign-in. It does not include advertising trackers or analytics scripts. Time-limited request counters help protect forms from abuse. The hosting provider may maintain server access and error logs.
The estimator
Estimator entries are processed to show a result for that request. They are not automatically stored as an enquiry or linked to contact details. Submit the survey form separately if you want a response.
Access and deletion
Call 0300 0124132 to ask about an enquiry you submitted, correct your details or request deletion. We may need to confirm that the request is yours. The administrator can remove enquiry records when they are no longer needed. Hosting backup copies may persist according to the hosting account’s backup arrangements.
Google Maps
The About and Contact pages include an embedded Google Map. When the map loads, your browser connects to Google, which receives technical information such as your IP address and may use cookies under its own privacy practices.
